Experience the luxury of Masia del Mar, one of our finest villas in Sitges. With a modern and elegant design, this villa spans 1,000 m² of living space, set on an impressive 42,000 m² plot that borders the sea. The property offers privileged beach access, just 300 meters from its lush garden, ensuring comfort both indoors and outdoors
Facing south, Masia del Mar provides spectacular views and an assured atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. Its gardens feature majestic trees over 50 years old and an extensive private park. The villa includes service staff (a couple) for daily cleaning, and they are available to prepare breakfasts, lunches, and dinners upon request.
The service staff has their own area within the villa and takes care of daily cleaning, including the bedrooms. They are also available to prepare meals according to guests’ preferences, with food and beverages provided by the guests. Additionally, the villa offers dedicated check-in/check-out service, guest assistance, and exclusive concierge service.
Masia del Mar is one of the few properties in the area that borders the sea and enjoys a south-facing orientation. It offers 5 complete suites, each with a private terrace and sea views, plus an additional room with two single beds. Renovated and rebuilt in 2015, the villa boasts exquisite design and the highest quality materials.
With a 5-star rating,Masia del Mar is ideal for events and weddings. It features an optional indoor nightclub to add a touch of fun to any celebration.
Situated between Sitges, a 10-minute drive away, and Vilanova i la Geltrú, a 5-minute drive away, the villa offers direct access to an exclusive beach just a 5 minute walk away.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
Check in is normally after 4pm, where possible we will endeavor to accommodate arrival times, but in high season this may not be possible.
Registration is done at the Villa directly by our check-in managers.
Complimentary late check-in on Sundays from 8:00 to midnight or at any time incurring a charge of € 40 per villa.
For arrivals after midnight, there is a daily charge of € 75 per villa.
