With 330 m² of space and a capacity for up to 10 people, here you’ll find the perfect place to unwind.

Villa California stands out for its large garden of over 1,000 m², filled with well-kept grass and an elegant atmosphere that you can fully enjoy. The heated outdoor pool invites you to immerse yourself in the tranquility and well-being that only nature can offer. This villa is ideal for enjoying a peaceful and relaxing time, surrounded by your loved ones.

VILLA DESCRIPTION

Villa California is spread over two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a beautiful kitchen with a small table, a dining room with views of the garden, and a spacious living room with large windows and a fireplace. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

On the second floor, there are four spacious bedrooms and a cozy reading area or a space to relax. This floor also has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with just a bathtub.

From November to April (inclusive), there is an additional charge for heating and electricity consumption: €300/week.

Low season electricity, gas, and water costs (for monthly stays): €800 based on actual consumption.

Heated pool supplement (optional): €300/week in winter and €500/week during Christmas.

Payment system:

40% upon booking to confirm the villa reservation.

30% 60 nights before arrival by credit card.

30% by bank transfer/credit card 20 nights before check-in.

The minimum age to book our villas is 28 years old.
