GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA

This elegant Ibizan-style villa is situated on a hill, offering stunning panoramic views of the city of Sitges, with spectacular perspectives of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the hills of the Garraf Natural Park on the other. With a capacity for 11 people, it has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it the perfect place for a luxury and peaceful vacation.

The main entrance is located on the upper floor, where the first suite, equipped with a large double bed and a full bathroom, is positioned in front of the entrance. A balcony runs the length of this floor, connecting the rooms and offering several resting areas with tables and seating, ideal for enjoying the views of the sea and the pool located on the lower levels.

On this same floor, there are two other double bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional bedroom with a single bed. Stairs lead to the lower floor, where there is a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, along with a full bathroom.

On the next level, you’ll find the living and dining areas—bright and welcoming spaces thanks to the large glass windows that allow abundant natural light to flow in throughout the day. The living room features a comfortable sofa facing the TV, while the large dining room is accompanied by a fully equipped open kitchen. From the dining room windows, you can access a balcony with a second outdoor dining area, offering direct views of the pool.

An exterior staircase from this balcony leads to the upper floor, where there is an outdoor seating area with a sofa and coffee table—an ideal space to relax.

Finally, additional stairs lead down to the double-sided infinity pool, surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, where you can unwind and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Next to the pool, there is an additional dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors.

The villa is just 800 meters from the center of Sitges and its beaches, only a 5-minute drive away. Additionally, it offers direct access to the Garraf Natural Park, just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to enjoy a unique and privileged natural setting.
