This Iberian-style holiday villa is situated on a hill overlooking the town of Sitges and enjoys panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the hills of the Garraf Natural Park on the other.

A distinctive feature of the house is the impressive double-sided infinity pool overlooking the sea and the hills. This house sleeps up to 11 people, with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Colonial villa is decorated in a bohemian Ibizan style.

The entrance to the house is on the upper floor.

The first suite is in front of the entrance. Large double bed and en-suite bathroom. A balcony runs along the first floor and connects the rooms. Several tables and seating areas allow you to enjoy the views of the sea and the pool, 2 floors below.
The hallway leads to two further bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed.

A staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, and a full bathroom.

A few more steps lead down to the living room and dining room. The room has large glass windows that light up the villa throughout the day and allow you to enjoy the incredible sea view.
At the back is the sofa in front of the TV, a large wooden table and on the other side, the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped.

The windows give access to the balcony with a second dining area overlooking the pool.
From the balcony, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is an outdoor sitting area with sofa and coffee table.

Finally, a few steps lead down to the outdoor infinity pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. A final dining table is situated by the pool, so you can enjoy a meal by the pool.

The outside of the villa is its great advantage: the swimming pool, the balconies and the different terraces with dining table.
The pool is equipped with a sofa that allows you to relax by the pool. There is an outdoor shower at your disposal.
