This elegant Ibizan-style villa is situated on a hill, offering stunning panoramic views of the city of Sitges, with spectacular perspectives of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the hills of the Garraf Natural Park on the other. With a capacity for 11 people, it has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it the perfect place for a luxury and peaceful vacation.
The main entrance is located on the upper floor, where the first suite, equipped with a large double bed and a full bathroom, is positioned in front of the entrance. A balcony runs the length of this floor, connecting the rooms and offering several resting areas with tables and seating, ideal for enjoying the views of the sea and the pool located on the lower levels.
On this same floor, there are two other double bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional bedroom with a single bed. Stairs lead to the lower floor, where there is a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, along with a full bathroom.
On the next level, you’ll find the living and dining areas—bright and welcoming spaces thanks to the large glass windows that allow abundant natural light to flow in throughout the day. The living room features a comfortable sofa facing the TV, while the large dining room is accompanied by a fully equipped open kitchen. From the dining room windows, you can access a balcony with a second outdoor dining area, offering direct views of the pool.
An exterior staircase from this balcony leads to the upper floor, where there is an outdoor seating area with a sofa and coffee table—an ideal space to relax.

The entrance door leads to the ground floor where we find the living room and the dining room. The room has large glass windows that illuminate the villa throughout the day and allow you to enjoy the incredible view of the swimming pool.
At the back is the sofa in front of the TV, above the fireplace and a side table next to the sofa.
Outside the villa
If we continue outside we will find the terrace with a large dining table for six people and two armchairs next to a table to enjoy a quiet sunset. Here we will see the incredible swimming pool.
The first suite on the first floor is in front of the entrance. Large double bed and complete bathroom. A balcony runs along the first floor and connects the rooms. A chaise lounge and coffee table overlooks the pool.

COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION:
In this villa near Sitges, Spain it is ideal to have a car to be able to move around. It is located in the urbanization "Las Colinas" in Olivella. It is 10 minutes by car from Sitges, and 5 minutes by car from San Pere de Ribes. The urbanization is very residential. At only 5 minutes by car we can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other shops.
Very close, at 10 minutes walking we can find a Nautical Club, which has a bar, restaurant and tennis courts. It is only open during the summer. A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Villa Ilusión through the vineyards and fields.
