LOCATION SUPPLEMENT:

Located on the seafront, in the heart of Sitges promenade, we find Villa Lola, a rental house with a private pool, with unbeatable views and location. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea. while a fantastic sea breeze surrounds you that will leave you unforgettable memories.

It is not necessary to use a car, to be able to move, the villa is 5 minutes walk from the center of town

You can find supermarkets, quality fruits and vegetables, restaurants and bars less than 5 minutes from the villa.

ACCOMMODATION:

This villa is distributed over three floors, on the first floor we find the living room and the dining room, super bright spaces with access to the garden.

On this same floor we have the kitchen, equipped with the most modern and high-end appliances on the market. We also have three pantries there as well as a dining room for the service.

On this floor we also have a suite, ideal for those people who do not want to go up to the second floor where the rest of the suites are located.

To access the second floor, the staircase is equipped with a mechanical chair for those with reduced mobility. On this floor we have 4 suites with wonderful sea villas, and another one with spectacular views of the garden and the pool as well as partial views of the sea.

We also have a room specially adapted to perform massages and a single room with a bathroom opposite.

Already on the third and last floor we find the majestic suite with a huge 200-meter terrace that literally rests above the sea.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms, wifi and television in all rooms. Canal plus and cable TV in the main living room.

EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA:

In the huge garden we find a pergola that offers shade to the sun loungers around it. A perfect place to relax, enjoy reading or simply enjoy the sea breeze.

We can also enjoy the two independent terraces with entrance to the living room that form the garden.

At the end of the garden we find a huge chill-out under some majestic pine trees with an area of ÔÇïÔÇïtables, chairs and a bar to enjoy a meal, dinner or aperitif.

The private pool offered by this rental house is salinized and is located at the back of the garden, with a massage bench as well as a shallow area where the little ones of the house can enjoy.

Outside we also have a bathroom for the pool, and in the rear area of ÔÇïÔÇïthe garden we find a large parking lot where you can park up to 8 cars. It also has an interior garage for two cars, where motorcycles and bicycles can also be stored.

Both the garden and the swimming pool are serviced daily to guarantee a perfect state of the water as well as the comfort that the garden in perfect condition can offer.
