GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT VILLA

An ideal villa for holiday rental in Spain. Villa Mas blanc is located in the centre of Segur de Calafell less than 20 minutes walk from the beach. With an outdoor garden/terrace of 152 m2 with an amazing private swimming pool and sunbeds to relax.

The villa is surrounded by bushes and a fence that allow the privacy of the guests. It is a very sunny villa, thanks to its south-west orientation. Furthermore, it is located in a very quiet residential area with free parking in the area and public transport available just a few metres away.

Outside the villa there is a private garden, with an outdoor table perfect for meals, right next to the swimming pool and a chill out area with sunbeds, a hanging chair and a large umbrella. You will also find a ping-pong table.

As you enter the villa you will find a spacious living/dining room directly connected to a kitchen equipped with the basic utensils. On the same floor, with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool, there is also a bathroom with shower.

The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are located on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. On the same floor there is also a second bathroom. In the attic, we will find the last room, with a double bed and a sofa, moreover, this room has direct access to a balcony.

Location of this holiday rental in Spain

It is located in Segur de Calafell, a town on the Costa Daurada, only 25 minutes from Sitges and 30 minutes from Tarragona. If you go south you will find Salou and Portaventura in 40 minutes, but if you prefer to go north you will find Barcelona in about 1 hour. Segur de Calafell is located in a very strategic point to be able to go sightseeing along the Costa Daurada and Barcelona.
