Mandatory fees of our holiday villas in Sitges: Turistic fee 0,90 € / adult over 16 years old / day

Check in between 16:00h and 20:00h on Saturday.

Check-out at 10:00h on Saturday.

Housekeeping: 225 €

From November to April, both included, there is an additional charge for heating and electricity consumption 150 €

Payment system: 40% on the booking day, 30% 60 days before the Check in and 30% in cash at the CI.

The minimum age to book our villas is 28 years old.
