Villa Sitges Alegre, a luxury villa in Sitges, located in Vinyet area, the best one in ÔÇïÔÇïSitges, 3 minutes walking from the beach and 10 from the center station. Close to the center and in a quiet environment, Villa Alegre has a warm and welcoming air added to its great comfort and distribution. It has 3 rooms with King size beds and another one with a normal double bed. Breakfast near the pool, snack at the chill-out, a villa where you can enjoy every moment and every corner. It consists of two floors, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
With its cozy decoration, it was an avant-garde villa in its time!
Then, entering the garden we can see the pool located on the left along with the sunbeds. At the entrance of Villa Sitges Alegre we find a chill-out, very comfortable and quiet from where you can graduate the sun level you want with a shutter that can be opened and closed.
In addition, the entrance / hall gives access to the living room, the kitchen and a staircase to access the rooms, also has a courtesy bathroom. All in a very soft and warm color, day and night.
On the first floor we find the rooms, a corridor gives access to 2 suites and then an area with the 2 single beds, gives access to two rooms and a bathroom.
In this case, all bathrooms have a bathtub with shower.
On the other hand, the living room is very well connected with both the outdoor dining room, the indoor dining room, the kitchen and the chill-out. You can enjoy a flat land of 600 m2, with the ground floor of the house that joins interior and exterior.
