Villa del Sol is surrounded by greenery and nature, where you can breathe the pure air of the Mediterranean sea, immersing yourself in tranquility and a tropical oasis without having to stray too far from the city.
This beautiful villa is designed to accommodate up to 10 people, with a construction of 340 square meters, more than enough to make your stay unique and unforgettable.
You can enjoy its incredible and spacious pool with built-in water stairs, relax on the loungers or hammocks. In the garden, you can enjoy its large spaces surrounded by vegetation, engage in family games, or sit down to eat at the outdoor tables, without worrying about the protection of the house, as it is fenced.
The house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful contemporary-style kitchen with an adjoining dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. On this same floor, there is a spacious living room and a workspace with views to the outside where you can telecommute.
On the ground floor, you will find 1 room, and on the second floor, you will find 3 rooms.
One of the bedrooms is a suite and features a private kitchen and an indoor dining area with seating for up to 6 people. It also includes a private terrace with an outdoor table for 4 people, where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views.
The children’s room is equipped with bunk beds, a piano, a drum set, and a bookshelf, from which they can use for their entertainment.
Last but not least, on the third floor, you will discover an incredible bedroom with a private balcony and an outdoor table.
