Beautiful Ibizan house located in the exclusive and tranquil urbanization of La Levantina, Villa Altavista is an elegant summer home with a pool that provides an unparalleled outdoor experience, ideal for enjoying unique moments under a gentle sea breeze.

Due to its elevated location, having a car is recommended for easier access. Once you descend the hill, guests will find ample parking spaces, and it is preferable to explore the surroundings on foot.

Within walking distance, the lively Port d’Aiguadolç in Sitges offers a diverse culinary scene, including Mediterranean rice dishes, Italian pasta, sophisticated tapas, and French bistros, along with cocktail bars and fresh juice spots.

This summer house, spread over three floors, captivates its visitors day after day with panoramic views of the crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea. Its completely renovated exterior invites enjoyment of outdoor life: from breakfasts on the balcony and meals in the backyard to snacks under the porch and relaxing baths surrounded by nature.

On the top floor, the exceptional suite dazzles with unforgettable Mediterranean sunrises. Also on this floor, there is another double room featuring a cozy library filled with literary works, perfect for immersing oneself in summer readings. This room has a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

On the second floor, you will find the entrance, a bright dining room with access to the balcony, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, as well as the third and fourth double rooms.

Finally, on the first floor, there is a cozy living room, flooded with natural light, that offers direct access to the chill-out area under the porch and to the terrace with the refreshing turquoise swimming pool.
