The outside of the villa has an outdoor kitchen with a beautiful outdoor dining area, to enjoy nature.

INTERIOR OF THE VILLA:
The house is 350m2 distributed in 2 floors, with spacious living rooms and all very illuminated. It has 2 magnificent terraces.
There is a billiard room and a bar. The rooms are air conditioned.

The kitchen of the villa is excellent, very well equipped and functional. It has an oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, among others.

COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION:
In Villa Soledad it is ideal to have a car to be able to move around. It is located in the urbanization “Las Colinas” in Olivella. It is 10 minutes by car from Sitges, and 5 minutes by car from San Pere de Ribes. The urbanization is very residential. Nearby you can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, only 5 minutes by car from the villa.

The vacation rentals in Sitges, Spain have a lot of advantages. This villa has also a yacht club nearby, with restaurant, bar and tennis courts, but it is only open during the summer.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer the best value for money for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our base rental rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, please find below the extra costs:

Cleaning costs:

Stays of up to one week: Final cleaning, €400.

Two-week stays: Mid-stay cleaning (2 hours, carried out by 2 people), €80; full final cleaning at the end of the second week, €400.

One-month stays: Three mid-stay cleanings (each carried out mid-week), €80 each; full final cleaning at the end of the last week, €400.

Tourist tax: €1.75/adult/day for the first 7 days.

Other charges:

Central heating of the house: +350€/week adjusted to actual consumption.

Consumption for monthly stays: adjusted to actual consumption.

Late check-in:

From 20:00 to 24:00: additional cost of €45.

From 24:00 onwards: additional cost of €70.

Additional occupancy fee:

An extra charge of €20 per day and per person applies for groups exceeding 10 guests.

Security deposit:

Refundable deposit to be returned within 7–14 days after check-out: €1,000.
