Villa Sitges Julia is one of our vacation rentals in Sitges, Spain with private pool. It has a Colonial/Mexican style, west facing and with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and Sitges. Very sunny and very comfortable with an ideal distribution. Its Catalan and American owners have applied their expertise to every key aspect of the villa.

Many outdoor areas allow you to enjoy the pleasant temperatures every day with a light day/night breeze.

Large spaces inside the villa and outside, a garden where nature and colours are very present. Forget your worries in this great accommodation: it is an oasis of tranquillity!

The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, distributed over 2 floors.

On the ground floor there is all the interior living area: living room with fireplace, lounge with TV, interior dining room in the same as the open plan kitchen, a bedroom and a guest toilet with shower. It is a ground floor of about 140 m2. Living rooms, dining room, kitchen connected without doors. On the same level there is a completely flat area with garden (with 6 sun loungers), swimming pool, outside summer lounge (chill-out for 6 persons) under the porch and outside dining room.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms connected by a corridor. All rooms have A/C and a magnificent sea view.

All the bathrooms and bedrooms of this villa are of large size. Minimum 18-20 m2 for each of the rooms. All the materials have been chosen with great care and good taste, the “Provençal” floors, the woods, as well as the roofs.

The garden has a very lush vegetation, varied and colourful in summer. A striking olive tree shades the garden area. The west orientation gives light and sun in summer from 11:00 to 21:00 in the whole villa.

The house is situated in a hilly, wooded and urban beach area and at 2 km from the beach.

The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a lawned garden, a beautiful pool, a wonderful view of the bay, the sea and the port and beautiful views of the beach, the valley and the mountains.
Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, entertainment facilities, places to go out, sights and culture make this a fine holiday home to celebrate your holidays in Spain with family or friends and even your pets.

Important information:

The entire villa is for the use of the guests except for a closed office of the owners.

No late night parties are accepted, loud noise is forbidden after 22:00 until 8:00
