With approximately 140 m², this floor features an open design that connects all spaces without barriers.

The exterior boasts a flat area that includes a garden with 6 loungers, a pool, and an outdoor lounge (chill-out area for 6 people) under a porch, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.

On the first floor, you’ll discover 3 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and magnificent sea views. All bathrooms and bedrooms are generously sized, with a minimum of 18-20 m², and the materials have been carefully selected, including elegant “Provençal” floors and high-quality wood.

The garden features varied vegetation, with an impressive olive tree providing shade in the outdoor areas. Thanks to its westward orientation, the villa enjoys sunlight from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM during the summer months.
