The 300 m2 of the house are distributed in 5 bedrooms (12 beds and 2 sofa beds), 3 toilets, 2 kitchens, 1 living-dining room, wine cellar and a games room that will entertain during your stay.

INTERIOR OF THE VILLA:

The villa is distributed over 2 floors. In the living-dining room we can find a long table, air conditioning and television. It has an excellent kitchen, very spacious and fully equipped, with a table in the centre, electric cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

It has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

It has 5 bedrooms (all with air conditioning), 3 bathrooms and 1 courtesy bathroom.

COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION:

In villa Lluna it is ideal to have a car to be able to move around. The villa for rent is located in the urbanization Las Colinas de Olivella, only 15 minutes by car from Sitges, and 5 minutes by car from Sant Pere de Ribes.

The urbanization is a very residential area. At only 5 minutes by car we can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, among others.

Nearby we can find a Nautical Club, with bar, restaurant, tennis courts. A 10 minutes drive away, but it is only open during the summer.

A magnificent road in perfect condition will take you from Sitges to Villa Lluna through beautiful fields and vineyards.
