Located in the La Levantina urbanization, this perfect vacation home with pool for rent is very close to everything essential to make your stay a dream. A 1 minute walk from the center of Sitges, 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach and 5 minutes walk from supermarkets to stock up.

You do not need a car to move. You can do everything on foot.

You can find supermarkets, quality fruits and vegetables, restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk from the Villa.

The second floor has a large living room of 42 mm2, a large kitchen of approx 20 m2, a triple room of about 14 m2 and a full bathroom. From the dining room we go to a large 18 m2 terrace with magnificent views. From there we can descend to the pool area, the hammocks and the Chill-out.

From the kitchen or from the dining room terrace we access the outdoor barbecue area and wood oven.

From the distributor we go up a bright marble staircase that leads to the third floor. There are four large bedrooms between 14 and 20 m2 with access to the terrace that allow you to enjoy wonderful views.

On this floor we have two large bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

The entire villa is fully equipped and the furniture is new, along with the appliances and household items.

ACCOMMODATION:

This vacation home pool for rent sleeps up to 16 people and offers unique features:

Games room overlooking the pool equipped as a gym with ping pong table. Oven for wood roasts and pizza making, large barbecue. It has a satellite dish, high-speed Wi-Fi and an alarm connected to the central. There is also a separate ironing and laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with a state-of-the-art induction hob and a high-end oven.

Hammock area in the pool, Chill-out, garden with fruit trees and a large portion of land in the back for multiple uses.

Villa Bali has been recently renovated (December 2020). All rooms and the large living room have air conditioning, making it the perfect vacation home with a pool to rent

It has three full bathrooms, one of them en suite with a hydromassage bathtub and adjoining shower.

EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA:

Villa Bali is very well oriented and the sun illuminates the villa, its garden and the pool throughout the day. Both midsummer, and the rest of the year (especially in Winter), its very sunny orientation makes the outdoor areas of this villa very enjoyable.
