Villa Can Boada offers an exclusive 100 m² space dedicated to fitness and yoga, with a summer kitchen framed by vaulted ceilings and exposed stone walls, perfect for enjoying the calm in a unique setting. Specially designed for families and small groups seeking serenity, this villa is a perfect retreat for authentic rest. The maximum capacity is 10 people, and parties are not allowed, ensuring a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere.
A Journey Through Time with All the Modern Comforts
The origins of this beautiful villa, known as “Can Sans,” date back to the 16th century. With recent renovations (the latest in 2022), the villa retains the charm of history while offering all modern comforts. Located in the historic center of the village, in the same area where fishermen and winemakers once lived, this house even served as the Embassy of Costa Rica during the Spanish Civil War, when Caldetes was declared a conflict-free zone.
Easy Access and Mobility
Although everything is within easy reach, it’s also easy to explore the surrounding area. The train station is just 5 minutes on foot, and from there, you can reach Barcelona in about 45 minutes while enjoying the views of the sea. Additionally, we offer free street parking and an exclusive parking spot for your convenience.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer the best value for money, ensuring that you only pay for the essential services. Our rate includes everything needed for an excellent stay. Below, we outline any additional costs:
Final cleaning: 360 €
Mid-stay cleaning (for stays of 3 weeks): Two mid-stay cleanings, 100 €
Mid-stay cleaning (for stays of 1 month): Three mid-stay cleanings, 120 € each
Refundable damage deposit 8 to 14 days after check-out: 1500 €
Mandatory charges for our holiday villas in Sitges: 1 € per adult over 16 years old per day for the tourist tax.

From November to April inclusive, there is an additional charge for heating and electricity consumption: 300 €/week.
The costs for electricity, gas, and water in low season (for monthly stays): 800 € based on actual consumption.

30% by bank transfer/credit card 20 nights before check-in.
