The villa features a wonderful outdoor pool where you can relax with the breeze of the Costa Dorada. It has a capacity of up to 10 people, more than enough for your holiday enjoyment.
Villa Al Fresco offers incredible views outside, as the house is built with large windows where you can enjoy natural light.
This incredible villa offers great amenities, highlighted by its modern construction and spacious living spaces where you can relax while enjoying magnificent views of the urbanization. You can stroll through the urbanization without any problem, as it has green areas and large pedestrian walkways.

Interior of the villa
Family villa is one of the best villas near the beach in Sitges, with a minimalist style decoration, with large open spaces and lots of natural light.
The entrance door leads to the ground floor where we find the living room and the dining room. The room has large glass windows that illuminate the villa throughout the day and allow you to enjoy the incredible view of the swimming pool.
At the back is the sofa in front of the TV, above the fireplace and a side table next to the sofa.
Outside the villa
If we continue outside we will find the terrace with a large dining table for six people and two armchairs next to a table to enjoy a quiet sunset. Here we will see the incredible swimming pool.
The first suite on the first floor is in front of the entrance. Large double bed and complete bathroom. A balcony runs along the first floor and connects the rooms. A chaise lounge and coffee table overlooks the pool.
The terrace leads to two further bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with a single bunk bed for two people.
At the back of the house there is a guest house with its own bathroom, sofa bed and sauna. There is a staircase that leads directly down to the garage and laundry room.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer the best value for money for your stays, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our base rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, the extra costs are detailed below:
Cleaning costs:
Monthly stays: Two intermediate cleanings, one at the end of each week, each costing €100.
Full final cleaning at the end of the month: €350.
Heating/electricity/gas supplement:
€750/month, charged based on actual consumption, applicable to monthly rentals (from 15/04 to 15/10).
From 15/10 to 15/04, the supplement is €1,000.
🕗 Late check-in:
Late check-in (20:00 to 24:00): €45
Late check-in (after 24:00): €70
💼 Security deposit for damages:
Refundable after check-out: €3,000
Other costs:
€250 supplement for short stays including New Year’s Eve
Christmas/New Year/Three Kings supplement: €1,500/week
