On one of the different terraces of the house, you will find a dining room and bar where you can enjoy your breakfasts/lunches/dinners in a very relaxing way. You will also find a nice sitting room, perfect for reading a book or having a drink while enjoying the gentle breeze.

The villa, which has 350 m2 of construction, is quite spacious, both inside and out. The five bedrooms available are impeccably decorated, with plenty of natural light from the sun.

The bathrooms, whether with shower or bathtub, are of the same high standard, spacious and clearly tastefully chosen.

The swimming pool (salt water) is surrounded by greenery and has several sun loungers to make the most of the sunny days.

This 2023 the villa has been part of a thorough renovation of the entire outdoor area, leaving it completely renovated. The outdoor terrace has been extended to 150 metres to make room for an outdoor kitchen, chill-out area, and extended sunbathing/lounger area.
