Out of all the villas we offer, in this post we’re going to talk about Villa Mas Blanc, located in the center of Segur de Calafell. Thanks to the less than 20 minute walk to the beach, you can enjoy your vacations to the fullest. This holiday rental in Spain near the beach is a magnific option to have a great time with your family. Not to mention, the very calm residential neighborhood it’s in.

Sitges is just a 25 minute drive away, where you can have a nice walk with skates along your family, or visit the San Bartolomé and Santa Tecla church. Driving south during 40 minutes, you can encounter the theme park Portaventura, to bask in a day full of entertainment. But if you’re someone who prefers gettting lost in alleyways that have a lot to discover, there’s Barceclona 1 hour away, heading north. In this amazing city, you can visit some of the most famous spots like: La Sagrada Familia, Montjuïc or Parc Güell.

If we focus on the outside beauty of this villa, you’ll notice it’s surrounded by shrubbery, giving the guests more privacy. Furthermore, the exterior area of 152 m2 has a terrace and a garden, a private pool, a great table for family dinners, a hanging chair with a big parasol, a table tennis table, barbeque and hammocks.

Entering the villa, the first thing we’ll see is a spacious living room/dining room. Next to it, there’s a fully equiped kitchen with all the basic necessities and a bathroom with a shower. In this floor, you can also find direct access to the garden and the pool, in which the kids can revel in, while the adults have a chill time on the sofas.

Consequently, you’ll be able to see 3 out of 4 in the first floor: one of them has a double bed, and the others, two single beds each, plus a second bathroom. The last bedroom is in the attic, with a double bed, sofa and balcony.
