WeeklyVillas is a holiday rental agency in Sitges that was founded in 2015.

After a successful year renting our private house for weekly rent, we realized the great potential that a real estate can hold. Not only is it a place to live and rest, it can also become a source of supplementary income.

Sitges is a very attractive tourist destination. The sun, the weather, the beaches and the charm of the town attract, every year, thousands and thousands of travelers who, enthralled by its corners, usually repeat holidays every year.

Many of them prefer the privacy and discretion that private villas and apartments offer to the impersonal bustle of a hotel.

Our holiday rental agency in Sitges is based on personal experience.

It offers professionalism, an impeccable service and a source of income based on a deep knowledge of the market.

What does our vacation rental agency do?

  • Closing of reservations: guest profil demanded by the owner.
  • Check-in and Check-out: guest reception and final check (in front the damages we do not hesitate to deduct them from the guests’ deposits).
  • Incident management: our suppliers come instantly to solve any possible incident that may occur during the week.
  • High occupation rate: we usually sell between 25 and 30 weeks per year.
  • A very busy low season: we not only focus on selling weeks during the high season. The low season is also important, and through strategic and digital tools, we managed to occupy the months of April and May, October and November.
  • Villas focused on weekly rentals: we offer personalized advice to improve each year the state of the houses and increase, in this way, the annual income

We are a multidisciplinary family: a foreigner and a Barcelonian who have been living in Sitges for more than 20 years. This factor is important, since we are able to perfectly understand the client, know their wishes and interests. We are also owners, so it is very easy for us to know the concerns of the owners of our homes. And above all, we are experts in Sitges, offering places of interest to visit and informing about any news.
