At 100 meters from the beaches and Sitges Promenade, this holiday villa is located in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by family houses and second residences. Its proximity to the coast is perfect for families with children who want to go to any part walking. The mornings in Sitges welcome the guests with a calm and sparkling sea, a purple and pink sky. Afternoons on the coast offer unparalleled sunsets, with a beautiful and relaxed sea. The center of the village is 3 minutes walk, and the pharmacy is at one minute. In any case, the house has a garage for 2 or 3 cars.
Built in the 1960s by a Spanish architect, José María Axyela, Villa Tupinetti mixes the luxury and geometry of Art déco with the freshness and lightness of the Mediterranean style. Renovated in May 2017, this beautiful villa in Sitges has an interior decorated with climbing plants and flowers, a characteristic feature of the artistic movement of the 1920s.
Is one of our largest Sitges luxury villas. With 800 m2 of land, its exterior is wide, fresh and very green. It has a large private pool, surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden. Its outdoor area is always sunny and furnished with hammocks. It also has many trees and umbrellas that protect from the summer heat.
The interior of Villa Tupinetti is very comfortable. On the first floor are the common areas of the villa, and its bedrooms. A living room with dining zone, lounge and library extends throughout much of the house. This open and airy layout is perfect for people looking for life and movement, company and entertainment. It also has two large terraces that offer quiet moments outdoors: copious breakfasts, and lively meals and dinners.
On this same floor you will find all the rooms that have double beds and private bathrooms. The sixth bedroom is the only quadruple with individual beds. The furniture in the bedroom is new and comfortable. It has been updated and modernized recently, following the discreet lines of the Mediterranean design and maintaining the avant-garde essence of the house. Its peculiar stairs lead to a Solarium with sea views.
Worth mentioning is the lucrative character of the home. Villa Tupinetti belongs to the private Naccari Ravà Foundation that collaborates for children, education and health. The income of the house is entirely dedicated to the missions of the Foundation.
