Today we want to talk about our Villa Tupinetti, one of our Sitges luxury villas for a family holiday.

This villa is located in the centre of Sitges and only 100 metres from the beach. It is a super central but at the same time super exclusive villa. Talking about the surroundings of this holiday villa in Sitges, it is worth mentioning its proximity to all the shops of the coastal town. It has a supermarket 3 minutes away and it is 1km from the centre of Sitges. The best thing? Its proximity to the beach. The villa is located only two streets away from the beach of Sitges, so you can walk there and you don’t need a car to move around the area. However, if you wish to take a car, there is a garage for 2 or 3 cars.

As for the villa, it is one of our Sitges best luxury villas. And not just because it is big. Being a holiday villa in the centre of Sitges, many people think that they are not going to find silence and that it is going to be a hustle and bustle. But they find something completely different from what they thought. Villa Tupinetti is surrounded by a large number of trees that act as a fence around the villa, providing a sense of privacy in the most frequented areas of the town.

The villa has a beautiful garden, with a swimming pool in the centre and sunbeds to accompany it. The garden is perfectly accessible from any part of the house, as the house is in the middle and there is part of the garden on the sides.

Talking about the interior of the villa, we can say that it has a modern decoration with an air of exclusivity but without being unattainable. It has a very comfortable interior with a Mediterranean atmosphere.

Inside the house there is a living-dining room with a reading area where you can relax more peacefully during your holidays, followed by the recently renovated kitchen. This villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms, all of which have double beds, except for the sixth bedroom, which has 4 single beds. The latter is ideal if you are travelling with children so that they can have their own space where they can share unique moments.
