At Masia Las Moreras there are no additional charges specifically applied for heating or electricity consumption during the winter months, from November to April.
For monthly stays, the costs of electricity, gas, and water are either included in the rate or agreed upon based on actual consumption, although no standard fixed amount is published. The property features a saltwater pool, available all year round for guests to enjoy.
Payment system:
40% upon booking to confirm the villa reservation.
30% 60 nights before arrival by credit card.
