Amazing villa located 20 minutes from the beach of Sitges. 5 minutes by car. 15 minutes by bus (stop 200 meters from the villa).

Oriented to the south, it is a very sunny villa. Large windows throughout the villa especially in the living / dining room where they reach the ceiling.

Floor -1 at the pool level: downstairs, we find a TV / Game room with PS3, karaoke, videos, DVD and TV.
Floor -1 down 5 stairs, enter the ping-pong area and then in the fifth room with direct access to enter and exit, bathroom and shower + mini-fridge: a separate area.

Payment system: 40% deposit on booking, 30% 60 days before check-in and 30% by cash at check-in.
