Villa Esmeralda is a luxury villa with a private pool for holidays located in the quiet hillside surroundings of Sitges, Barcelona, ÔÇïÔÇïand offers spectacular long-range views over the countryside.
This superb self-catering vacation rental is perfect for family or group vacations as it features spacious internal and external accommodations and is perfect for relaxation and entertainment for both adults and children.
The villa has been extensively modernized in recent years and offers extremely private and impressive accommodation, seamlessly blending the comforts of modern and luxurious living with the surrounding natural environment. Indeed, it is a truly idyllic Sitges vacation villa rental.
High quality fixtures, impressive bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a Japanese teppanyaki table. The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout. Sleeping accommodation is flexible and accommodates 18 to 22 people. Each of the nine bedrooms is large with high ceilings, lots of natural light and some of the bedrooms open onto terraces. All have ample storage space and cupboards.
The main house consists of two en-suite bedrooms and another three bedrooms that can be formed as double or triple rooms.
The annex apartments also offer variable accommodation. One of the apartments has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and a private terrace, it can be a two-bedroom apartment or a one-bedroom apartment with a living room.
The garden of this villa with private pool for holidays is at the pool level and has 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, a shared bathroom with shower, a small living room and a private terrace overlooking the pool.
The gardens are filled with palm, olive and lemon trees and provide a large playground for the children … they can hide in the tree house, jump on the trampoline, play soccer, hide and seek or just splash in the pool. Meanwhile, adults enjoy the chill out area … the 80m2 covered outdoor lounge with comfortable seating, a full kitchen, a bar and poolside dining areas … perfect for relaxing after a long day or even after a short day!

The villa is completely self contained, with no adjoining properties and is set within 2,500 m2 of private land offering expansive views over the countryside and a 16 x 8 meter pool.

Villa Esmeralda is an independent villa with adjoining accommodations, sunning its garden and pool throughout the day. Both midsummer, and the rest of the year (especially in Winter), its very sunny orientation makes the outdoor areas of this villa very enjoyable.
