There’s also an alfresco dining area for six people, ideal for enjoying meals in a calm and natural atmosphere.
At the front of the house, surrounded by greenery, you’ll find a second outdoor dining space for up to eight people, along with two sofas that invite you to relax in the peaceful setting.

The villa consists of a total of 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with 2 sofas and a small fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small dining area. The kitchen water is treated with alkalizing magnesium, colloidal silver, and activated charcoal, which preserves the flavor of vegetables during cooking and eliminates microorganisms.

Cleaning costs (includes bathroom and pool towels as well as bed linen):
Final cleaning: €350
Bi-weekly intermediate cleaning (2 people / 2 hours): €90 + Final cleaning: €350
Tourist tax: €1.75 per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of the stay.
Other costs (electricity, water, heating):
October to March: €800 based on actual consumption.
April to September: €500 based on actual consumption.

After 24:00: supplement of €70
Pets: Supplement of €100 per month
💼Security deposit:
Refundable deposit of 2,500 – 5,000€ depending on the duration of the stay, refundable 14 days after check-out.
