GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT VILLA

Villa Pacifico is a holiday villa in spain, very comfortable with an elegant swimming pool located 30 minutes from Sitges and Barcelona, located in Piera. A magnificent villa with 420 m2 of surface, located in a plot of garden and private forest of 4.500m2.

PRESENTATION OF VILLA PACÍFICO: HOLIDAY VILLA WITH POOL IN SPAIN

Villa located in the oldest area of Piera that preserves all the medieval charm. With views of the castle, the beautiful illuminated church, the beautiful vineyards of the Penedés and the original mountain of Montserrat.
A 5 minute walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and other shops.

EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA:
Villa Pacifico has a plot of 4.500m2 of woodland and private garden with a large 12m swimming pool. It also has a barbecue. With excellent views of Montserrat and the Freixenet vineyards.

INTERIOR OF THE VILLA:

On floor -1 we will find a panoramic flat of 70m2, integrated with the house, it has a bedroom, equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.

Floor 0, of 250m, has a living room with fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace. On the rest of the floor we will find a large hall, kitchen, living room with circular fireplace, a laundry room and an incredible bathroom with round bathtub. All this around a large porch.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one single), each with a private terrace and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is an attic of 40m2, with amazing views and a single bedroom.

The kitchen is very well equipped and functional. Among some things, it has electric cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker.

Villa Pacifico is located 15 km from Sant Sadurní, the capital of cava. Collbató, in the foothills of Montserrat at 12 km with the Salnitre Caves and excursions in the Montserrat massif.
Capellades at 10 km. Capellades, with the Paper Museum and its routes and the prehistoric park.
Igualada, capital of the region of l’Anoia, 19 km away, with its Leather Museum.
Ódena with its aerodrome, where it is possible to fly with a balloon, 25 km away.
Barcelona at 55km,
The beaches of Sitges and Vilanova at 40km.
