In the heart of the exclusive tennis residential area of Vilanova i la Geltrú, you will find Villa Colibrí, one of our spectacular holiday villas in Sitges, completely renovated in May 2019. With an impressive 30-metre wooden façade and a garden of more than 800 m² with lawn and natural pine grove, this property is a true Mediterranean retreat.
The villa, southeast-facing to make the most of natural light, offers an experience designed for relaxation and comfort. On the ground floor you will find an elegant dining room, separated from the living room only by a central fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility.
On the first floor, Villa Colibrí has four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite stands out for its spaciousness, brightness and direct access to a terrace with spectacular sea views. Two rooms with double beds (one of them also with terrace) and a bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children, complete the layout.
The exterior is one of the main highlights: a private pool of 12×6 m, surrounded by up to six sun loungers, invites you both to swim and to relax under the Mediterranean sun. In addition, the garden offers a large swing, a bench under the trees and several chill-out areas, perfect for reading, chatting or simply contemplating the landscape.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer the best value for money for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. If you wish to add additional services, the extra costs for each of them are detailed below:
Payment methods: You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer.
Cleaning costs
Final cleaning for weekly stays: 350€
For 2-week stays: Intermediate cleaning: 2 hours, carried out by 2 people, halfway through the stay – 100€. Final full cleaning: 350€
For 3-week stays: Two intermediate cleanings (one halfway through the first week and another halfway through the second week), each costing 100€. Final full cleaning: 350€
For monthly stays: Three intermediate cleanings: one intermediate cleaning at the end of each week, each costing 100€. Final full cleaning: 350€
Tourist tax
1 € per adult per day for the first 7 days.
Low season utilities
During the winter low season (from 15/10 to 15/04), a supplement of 300 € per week will be applied for water, electricity and gas, based on actual consumption.
For monthly stays, the cost is 800 € per month.
🕗 Late check-in
Late check-in (20:00 to 24:00): supplement of 45 €.
Late check-in (after 24:00): supplement of 70 €.
Supplement for 8 guests or more: 15 € per person per day in June, July and August.
Pets: Supplement of 100 € per week.
Supplement for short stays including New Year’s Eve: 250 €.
Refundable damage deposit: 1000 € for weekly bookings and 1500 € for monthly bookings, refundable 7 days after check-out.
