The ground floor opens directly onto a private swimming pool surrounded by natural stone elements. The area is fully equipped with sun loungers and a wooden safety fence, making it ideal for families with young children. The lush lawn leads to a spacious terrace featuring a barbecue area under a shaded pergola — perfect for al fresco dining.
