Elegantly decorated, this holiday pool villa offers 6 large bedrooms capable of accommodating 21 guests and 3.5 full and large bathrooms (one is an en-suite bathroom), a large fully equipped kitchen with a nice breakfast area, large dining room and living room leading to a lush private garden, barbecue area and swimming pool (10 x 4 meters). A large garage for two cars is available on request included in the rate.

This incredible family home is located in a quiet and exclusive area of ÔÇïÔÇïSitges, located near the beach, the Aiguadolç Marina, a few minutes walk from the historic center of Modernista Sitges, no need to use a vehicle.
You can find supermarkets, quality fruits and vegetables, restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk from the Villa.
With plenty of outside space, this property offers plenty of different outside areas to enjoy, from BBQ to tea time nooks, dining rooms, shaded porches to accommodate everyone’s wishes, and pretty tennis court in the backyard. The Villa is surrounded by the beautiful native vegetation, allowing you to enjoy rest in the nature of the region and all with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea at a distance of only 700 m.

Villa Med is very well oriented and the sun illuminates the villa, its garden and the pool throughout the day. Both midsummer, and the rest of the year (especially in Winter), its very sunny orientation makes the outdoor areas of this villa a lot to enjoy.
