Pine trees line the paths, birds sing incessantly, and the Mediterranean sun dazzles every corner of the magnificent natural park. You can find several natural parks nearby, such as Parque d’Olèrdola, Parque Sant Julia, or Can Robert, among others. Just 6 km away by car is the Barcelona coast, 20 minutes from Sitges, and 5 minutes from the wine region of Penedès.

Our base rental rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, below you will find a detailed breakdown of the extra costs for each:

Cleaning Costs (includes bathroom and pool towels, as well as bed linen)

Stays up to one week: Final cleaning fee: €250

Two-week stays: Includes one mid-stay cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) at €80, plus a full final cleaning at the end of the second week: €250

Three-week stays: Includes two mid-stay cleanings (one mid-first week and one mid-second week), each costing €80, plus a full final cleaning at the end of the third week: €250

Monthly stays:  Includes three mid-stay cleanings at the end of each week, each costing €80, plus a full final cleaning at the end of the month: €350

Tourist Tax: €1.75 per adult per day for the first 7 days of the stay

Other Charges and Supplements (October to April):

For monthly stays: €800 per month for utilities (water, electricity, gas), based on actual consumption

For stays of one week or less: €300 per week for heating/electricity/gas

🕗 Late Check-in:

Between 20:00 and 24:00: €45 supplement

After midnight: €70 supplement

💼 Security Deposit for Damages: €1,000, refundable 7 to 14 days after check-out
