The house is located in one of the most elegant and quiet urbanizations of Olivella located in the Garraf natural park, just 10 min. from Vilafranca del Penedés and the city and beaches of Sitges and 23 km from Barcelona airport.
This house for holidays near Sitges is distributed over three floors and has large modern and bright spaces, perfect for nature lovers due to its strategic location.
On the ground floor, there is the spacious living-dining room with a terrace overlooking the valley and a full kitchen with direct access to the garden and pool. On the same floor there are two more bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, all of them large and a bathroom on the same floor.
On the upper floor is the suite room with access to a large terrace overlooking the natural park. It has a private bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi and a huge dressing room.
On the lower level is the garage with capacity for 3 vehicles where you will also find a fitness room with a sauna.

The large 200m2 garden is made up of an 8m long and 4m wide pool and hammocks, two covered porches, one of them with a chill out sofa to enjoy the fantastic sunny days and the other has a large table for organize cookouts.
Mas Mestre is very well oriented, the sun illuminates the villa, its garden and the pool throughout the day. Both midsummer, and the rest of the year (especially in Winter), its very sunny orientation makes the outdoor areas of this villa very enjoyable.
